The Ripple WaterCare System
Consistent, science-backed care. Every visit. Every time.
Science meets dedication
Every pool deserves consistent, science-backed care and that’s exactly what the Ripple WaterCare System delivers. Most pool services follow a reactive approach, treating problems as they arise.
We do the opposite.
Our multi-point system combines LSI-driven chemistry, complete equipment inspection, professional cleaning, and our proprietary blend of algastat, pH swing inhibitor, and water clarifier.
The result is crystal-clear water, equipment that lasts longer, and a pool that stays healthy week after week without the guesswork.
Arrival
Every service visit begins the same way. We arrive fully equipped: Hammerhead Resort Grade vacuum, Taylor K-2006C test kit, and all chemicals and tools ready. We take field notes. We walk the property and inspect your entire circulation system. We check filter pressure, pump operation and basket, and valve positions to ensure everything’s running smoothly. We then move to the pool itself, verifying that all skimmers are clear, return jets are flowing, the main drain is visible, and water clarity is good. We assess all aspects of the pool to verify all cleaning needs, remove any foreign objects, and review your pool’s chemical history and notes from previous visits. Only then do we begin treatment.
Main Service
We start with a full tile cleaning, followed by a complete skim of the water surface. We empty all skimmer baskets, vacuum the pool thoroughly, and brush all surfaces as needed. We perform a secondary visual scan to verify that all cleaning has been completed. Using our Taylor K-2006C test kit, we test at eighteen inches below the surface and away from all returns and drains to ensure accurate chemical readings. We verify that all readings meet true LSI benchmarks and add all appropriate chemicals to bring your pool into perfect balance according to the Ripple WaterCare System.
Final Assessment
Once all equipment is secured and chemicals have been added to your running pool, we perform one final complete pool inspection. We verify that all skimmers are clear and clean, that the main drain is visible and unobstructed, and that all return jets are flowing at proper speed. We conduct a visual check of your equipment pad to ensure everything is functioning as it should. We document all chemical readings, dosages, and service notes to ensure consistent care across the life of your pool.
Your Pool Shouldn’t Just Be Serviced. It Should Be Cared For.
The Ripple WaterCare System is not a checklist. It is a documented, repeatable standard built around real chemistry, real equipment inspection, and a proprietary chemical blend established on your first visit and maintained for the life of your pool. No shortcuts, no guesswork, no variation. Just consistent, science-backed care delivered the same way every single time. We hold every pool we service to the same standard we’d want if our own kids were swimming in it that afternoon. Your pool shouldn’t just be serviced. It should be cared for.
